How we handle your information.

EvoL∞P Consulting only collects the information you choose to share with us through this website:

• Partner / consultant / advisor applications submitted on the Contact page — full name, email, optional phone, role, company, area of expertise, optional LinkedIn URL, and the message you write.
• Direct email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp conversations you initiate using the channels listed on the Contact page.

We do not run advertising trackers, third-party analytics scripts, or behavioural profiling on this site.

Information you submit is used solely to evaluate a potential engagement, partnership or advisory relationship and to reply to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

Applications are reviewed by EvoL∞P partners. If we are not the right fit, we say so — we do not keep you on a mailing list by default.

Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security enabled. Access to the underlying records is restricted to authorised EvoL∞P personnel and to the server-side process that delivers the notification email to the firm.

Notification emails are sent through a transactional email provider with delivery logging and a managed suppression list to honour unsubscribe and bounce signals.

This is a description of the controls in place today, not an independent security certification. We do not currently hold ISO 27001, SOC 2 or similar third-party attestations.

Application records are retained for as long as a discussion is active and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you re-engage. You can ask us to delete your record at any time and we will do so unless we are legally required to retain it.

This site uses only the strictly necessary storage required for the application to function. We do not set marketing or advertising cookies, and we do not load third-party analytics that profile individual visitors.

You can ask us, at any time, to:

• Confirm what information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is inaccurate or out of date.
• Delete your record from our application database.
• Stop contacting you.

Send the request from the email address you originally used and we will action it within a reasonable timeframe.

If you believe you have identified a security or privacy issue with this website, please email us so we can investigate. Please do not publicly disclose the issue until we have had an opportunity to respond.
